On Thursday,30/03/23, my 18-year-old son started to complain of extreme pain in his head. I travelled down from berwick to be seen with an abcess in a delicate area was told to go and wait on ward 6 was waiting over 2hrs to be seen doctors and nurses ignoring then for someone eventually to come a look at my problem and tell me to come back next day for an operation i was told to come to the procedures dept for 8am only to get there and it was closed until tuesday, then when i do eventually see a doctor and report my previous history for them to look at the problem and say we wont operate as its burst having explained my previous surgery they didnt even clean the wound gave no instructions how to deal with it and fobbed me off with some tablets, i know it was a bank holiday but if sepsis kicks in i feel like why bother paying taxes for poor service no faith in the hospital and will travel to the Rvi in future. http://www.chmcla.org/, Cedars Sinai Medical Center
