The toilets are extremely dirty as well as the showers. I contacted them several times by phone and email, to no avail, so eventually paid 5 for duplicate bank statements to prove the removal of my money and went to the gym to sort it out. Poorly managed, as I hardly see any staff attending to stray weights left behind by users or instructing users to put their weights back after use. After trying to negotiate and explain that if I like the experience I was going to be joining for the year at 38 per month I was still shunned and advised I would have to pay 16 for a day pass.
