Gallegos spent a majority of 2015 with the Tampa Yankees, going 31 with a 1.35 ERA in 30 relief appearances, along with pitching in three games for the Trenton Thunder and two with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders. While facing hitters Paul DeJong, Tommy Edman and Dylan Carlson, Gallegos took an average of more than 18 seconds per pitch according to time kept by the Post-Dispatch.
